Our Process

You provide a list of contacts that you want to be called on.

And I will do the rest!

I will send you a call report each day with a detailed report of the following:
  • No answers
  • Voicemails left (can do a voicemail drop) This means a pre-recorded voicemail will be sent to their voicemail.
  • Direct Voicemails – which means the contact’s name is on their voicemail.  Example:  “You reached Bob Smith at ABC company…"
  • General Voicemails
  • Not in service
  • Not with company anymore and I will see if I can find the new contact person
  • Hit Gatekeeper
  • Interested – send email.
  • Interested – meeting set – I will ask for a specific time and date when the prospect wants a call from a salesperson and send a calendar link out.
  • I typically will run a list of 100 contacts in the morning and run the rest of the list again in the afternoon.
  • A minimum of 250 leads are needed to start a cold calling campaign for you.
